TYPO magazine is designed mainly for readers from the Czech Republic. Secondary target areas are Central and Eastern Europe and broader audiences worldwide. TYPO's readers are mostly graphics professionals and operators, designers, typography specialists and also representatives of supplier companies and employees within marketing departments. TYPO magazine focuses on typography, graphic design and visual communication. It aims to be neither too technical nor too elitist, but rather critically informative. The core content consists of articles appearing in regular sections, with smaller reviews and glossies added. The basic goal is to discuss typography from various viewpoints, as we consider this important field to be a part of our culture.
