Well, not dead but best left behind
Giving the introductory address to this year’s conference, Giovanni Lussu made it clear that this is the way the future should happen. Showing a range of slides ranging from Mezzo-american text to the word ‘clean’ written in clothes on a washing line he demonstrated that there is flexibility in language far beyond what is available using the Latin alphabet.
